Keanu Reeves Applauded for Treating Friends and Co-Workers to ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ Premiere

When asked about the all-expenses-paid trip to the long-awaited film premiere in San Francisco, the Neo depicter says that it’s ‘great to be able to share our experiences and lives together.’

AceShowbizKeanu Reeves has shared his generosity with others. The actor, known as one of the most humble stars in Hollywood, was applauded for treating his friends, members of his team and co-workers to an all-expenses-paid trip to “The Matrix Resurrections” premiere in San Francisco.

As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the 57-year-old actor portraying Neo in “The Matrix Resurrections” handled the costs of a private jet, hotels, premiere tickets and organized a special post-premiere brunch for his guests. When asked about the trip, he simply responded, “Yeah, it’s great to be able to share our experiences and lives together.” He didn’t elaborate further on the subject.

While Keanu kept mum on his thoughtful gestures, Chad Stahelski, who met Keanu when he served as his stunt double in “The Matrix” trilogy and went on to direct the actor in 2014’s “John Wick“, affirmed the generous act. “He flew a bunch of us up here,” Chad told the outlet.

“He’s incredibly generous. In the audience tonight will be so many people that helped him, from his martial art trainers to jiu-jitsu trainers to hair and makeup to his stunt crew,” Chad continued praising Keanu. The 53-year-old stuntman added, “He makes sure that his friends and family are here. He’s epic.”

Keanu has never shied away from showing sweet gestures. Last October, the “Constantine” actor surprised his “John Wick: Chapter 4” stunt team with personalized Rolex watches during a late dinner in Paris after filming for the action flick wrapped.

Bruce Concepcion, Jeremy Marinas, Dave Camarillo and Li Qiang were all gifted the watches. The back of each watch was engraved with personal messages to each individual from the actor.

At the time, Jeremy shared a look at his new Rolex in an Instagram Story. Jeremy unveiled that his watch was engraved with words that read, “The John Wick Five” along with the message, “Jeremy Thank you Keanu JW4 2021.” Over the snap, Jeremy called theCVZT7wHoUP7gift the “best wrap gift ever.”

Bruce also shared a photo of his Rolex via Instagram Story. At the time, he uploaded a close-up photo of the watch on his hand. He captioned the image, “Got that new new thank you bro KR [red heart emoji].”
