LIZ Hurley has denied she is the older woman Prince Harry lost his virginity to amid claims the bombshell will be included in his memoir.
The actress, 57, laughed off the rumour she bedded the Duke of Sussex when he was just a teen.
When asked about the claims, Liz told The Times: "Not me. Not guilty. Ha!”
The Austin Powers star added: "No. Not me. Absolutely not.”
Harry is understood to be revealing his tryst with a "beautiful older woman in the countryside" in his tell-all book Spare.
In a bizarre twist, Meghan Markle previously revealed she had a huge "girl crush" on Liz and reached out to her before she met Harry.

Writing on her now-defunct blog The Tig in 2015, the former Suits star said the crush was sparked by Liz's infamous safety pin Versace dress.
Harry's explosive memoir – published next month – has been described as "intimate and heartfelt" and written with “raw, unflinching honesty”.
Buckingham Palace is preparing itself for more revelations about the Royal Family and in particular, King Charles.
The book's release was delayed as a mark of respect to the Queen – with Harry including a note acknowledging it was written before her death.

It also follows Harry and Meghan's sensational Netflix documentary where the couple unleashed fresh attacks on the monarchy.
Harry claimed his brother Prince William screamed and shouted at him during the Sandringham summit after Megxit.
He also said the Palace "lied to protect my brother" when it issued a statement denying a story William had bullied him out of the royal family.
And Harry accused Charles of lying at the tense crisis meeting with the Queen in January 2020.
Meanwhile, Meghan claimed: "I was not being thrown to the wolves, I was being fed to the wolves".
Despite their damaging accusations, the couple will still reportedly be invited to the King's coronation.
Charles' historic ceremony will take place on May 6 but guest lists have yet to be drawn up.
However a source told The Daily Telegraph: "All members of the family will be welcome."
