EAGLE eyed viewers were quick to spot something different about Lorraine Kelly's floral ensemble as she presented the show on Wednesday morning.
The TV presenter looked stunning in a plunging dress on the show, however one fan was quick to point out the star was not wearing her figure-hugging dress the correct way.
Next employee Chloe Frew tweeted in to inform the star about her fashion error, only for Lorraine to reveal it was a deliberate styling decision.
The star told her viewers: "I'm indebted to Chloe Frew who wrote me and said, 'Lorraine you're wearing your dress backwards!! I work at Next and that's not the right way!!!'
"Now Chloe this is so interesting because I have worn it the other way round and we had a heated debated this morning about what way it was supposed to be and we decided to just have a go at this."
She continued: "What a versatile dress, you can wear it either way which is fantastic, two for the price of one. Thank you Chloe."
However, other fans had already flocked to Twitter to inform Lorraine about her fashion error as one wrote: "Lovely dress Lorraine but why were you wearing it the wrong way round."
Another added: "Hate to tell you this but Lorraine you've got your dress on back to front!!!! The zip is meant to be at the front!"
Another viewer shared a picture of herself in the dress as she explained: "This is me wearing the same dress as @ITVLorraine on Friday but the right way round! @reallorraine."
Lorraine retweeted the image and replied: "Yep – that looks good – but you can wear either way????"
The TV presenter is not the firs star to wear a dress backwards with many A listers doing similar over the years on red carpets and in photoshoots.
