Love Island star Georgia Steel wouldn't turn down returning to the show but admitted it was "mentally challenging" the first time around.
The influencer, 25, appeared on the hit ITV2 dating show during its fourth series in 2018 when she was just 19.
Four years after her original stint, Georgia has teamed up with Subway for their social content series, Lunch Island, alongside series five star Michael Griffiths.

In the three-part series, the reality star duo discuss the hottest topics surrounding the latest season, as well as reflect on their own personal experiences on the show.
One of the show's major talking points was the return of Kady McDermott, who re-entered the villa as a bombshell seven years after first appearance.
When asked if she would follow in her friends footsteps, Georgia revealed certain conditions would have to be met in order for her to make a comeback.
"I feel like I would completely have to see where I am in life," the star explained. "I think I would want to go in where I would feel equal."
Georgia continued: "I wouldn't say no to it. I'm completely single at the moment and I had a good time when I was on there.
"I wouldn't not do it but the only thing I'd want to be dubious about is the fact that I wouldn't want to waste my time so I'd want to go in with people that I do feel like I could be stimulated by in conversation."
Love Island has found itself at the centre of a heated debate in recent weeks after 19-year-old Amber Wise appeared on the programme.
Viewers have expressed concern over the age appropriateness of contestants while some have demanded an age restriction should be placed on the show.
Georgia explained she had no regrets starring on the programme at such a young age, but said it was "mentally challenging" and caused her to lose her identity at some points.
"I'm so glad I did it but mentally it's so very challenging when you're young because I was a student and it was a massive change for me when I came out," she said.
The TV personality continued: "I think mentally that can be so challenging especially when you are so young because you don't really know yourself, you're still learning about what you like so I think it was a tough change.
"I definitely went through a period of time where I lost my identity a bit and didn't really know what I wanted."
Georgia credits her family for keeping her grounded at a time where her popularity in the spotlight continued rising.
The Ex on the Beach star added: "I am lucky because I come from a nice home so I was grounded and I think without that, it could have been a tricky ride for me because I was so young."
