EastEnders’ Mick Carter (played by Danny Dyer) looks set to leave the show in a blaze of destruction as new pictures reveal a stuntman in the landlord’s clothes jumping off a cliff. Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) is also seen looking very sheepish behind the wheel of a car near the famous white cliffs of Dover.
For over a year, Janine has caused chaos in Albert Square and particularly with the lives of Mick and Linda Carter (Kellie Bright).
The storyline looks set to end in tragedy after pictures emerged of what looked like a car crash in the port town.
The departure of Mick and Janine has been widely reported, but these new images suggest the pair may not return to the BBC soap at all.
Linda is also involved in a heated discussion in the images obtained by The Sun.

Janine and Linda have already been involved in one car crash together and the pictures suggest the writers have decided that’ll be how her exit is sealed too.
The method of Danny Dyer’s exit has been speculated for months, but writers are remaining tight-lipped on the futures of the soap’s beloved characters.
A source told Metro.co.uk: “Bosses are staying tight lipped about the exact nature of Danny’s exit but there’s no way his character would go out without a bang.
“Exact details are being kept top secret but the show is pulling out all the stops to make it an explosive ending, which will no doubt leave the residents of Walford reeling.”
The Carter family are currently at odds after the return of Alfie Moon (Shane Ritchie) has annoyed the Queen Vic landlord.
Official BBC spoilers show Mick is set to be furious by the decision of Linda to accept him moving into the pub.
Despite Alfie yearning for his love Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), he appears to have angered Mick after he returns from holiday.
The West Ham-loving barman comes back to find Alfie behind the bar without his permission, much to his displeasure.
Mick looks as though he is jealous of the blossoming friendship between Alfie and his ex-partner Linda.
Ahead of his momentous exit from the show, the actor Danny Dyer has reflected on his legacy on the soap.
He remarked: “When you’re in a job like a soap, your contract comes up for renewal and every time it has, they’ve asked me to stay and I’m very grateful for that.
“I’ve seen a lot of people come and go, it’s very tough.”
Danny continued: “I always debate whether I want to sign again and I’ve been contemplating for a while now about whether it’s time to roll the dice and take the leap.
“The big news is I’ve decided not to renew my contract, that’s all.”
The storyline is set to air at Christmas and the actor will be using the exit to also cut ties with the BBC too.
He will be moving to Netflix to host the new quiz show Cheat, with Strictly Come Dancing’s Ellie Jane Taylor.
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer
