The Chase Celebrity Special turned awkward during the latest edition of the quiz show as Anthony Quinlan accidentally insulted the Queen.
Host Bradley Walsh was back on our screens on New Year's Day to present a throwback episode of the ITV series, which first aired in 2020.
He was on hand to welcome four famous faces to the television studio.
Emmerdale stars Louisa Clein, Anthony Quinlan, Dominic Brunt and James Moore were the four celebrities hoping to pocket some cash for charity.
Anthony was the first of the foursome to take to the table and see how much money he could accumulate in his cash builder.
During his round, Anthony accidentally insulted the Queen.
Bradley asked: "Which monarch was described by Charlotte Bronte as a little, stout, vivacious lady?
After a short pause, Anthony replied: "Queen Elizabeth II."
Bradley informed the actor what the correct answer is Queen Victoria.
After earning a respectable £5,000, it was up to Bradley Walsh to introduce which of the five Chasers he'd be up against.

As usual, Bradley ran the first contestant through all five Chasers, typically with a cheeky swipe or two along the way.
It was no different when Anthony stepped up, although he was left giggling at what Bradley had to say about The Vixen.
When Jenny appeared on-screen, Bradley said:"She used to know a fruit farmer, until she ripened his plums."
The insinuation being she was "too hot", but even as the studio giggled, Bradley was taken aback by the blatant innuendo.
Before moving onto the next Chaser, Bradley stopped and stared down the camera with a puzzled look on his face.
As Anthony and everyone else laughed, he did eventually move on with the show after bringing it to a temporary halt.
It wasn't to be Jenny taking on the soap stars this evening, however, as Paul 'The Sinnerman' Sinha walked out to face the actors.
Later in the show, Paul didn't let Anthony's royal blunder go away quietly.
He said: "You may win The Chase today but you won't be winning an OBE.
"You called the Queen fat on a TV show."
Anthony laughed before adding: "How embarrassing."
The Chaser faced tough opposition in Anthony as he sailed through and pocketed £5,000 for the final chase.

Louise followed suit with £6,000 and Tom was soon joining them with £5,000.
However, final player Dominic decided to buck the trend of what the other three did and went for the higher offer of £84,000.
With £16,000 already in the bank for the Final Chase, this would take their prize fund up to a staggering £100,000 for charity.
And Paul could do little but applaud as the Emmerdale actor sailed through his head-to-head and made it a full house for the Final Chase.
However, Paul got the last laugh as he caught the stars' 17-step target.
The Chase airs weekdays on ITV at 5pm
