Nick and Phyllis are one of The Young and the Restless‘ famous pairings. Dubbed Phick by fans, the couple has been the talk of the soap opera community for the past 15 years. Phick has broken up and reunited several times throughout the course of their relationship.
The couple’s recent reunion appears to be over, with Phyllis the one calling it off. However, the two may not be over quite yet. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the exes meet to discuss their latest issues. It will be an interesting conversation and one that may push them back into each other’s arms.
Nick Newman is the reason for the couple’s latest split
Phick fans were upset over the couple’s latest breakup. Most of their anger was toward Nick, who caused Phyllis to walk away. Nick’s drama with his family put him in a bad mood. No matter how much Phyllis tried to comfort him, he turned her away.
While Nick was focused on his strained relationship with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), he created more tension for him and Phyllis. Unable to take any more drama, Phyllis broke up with Nick. He realizes he made a mistake, and now he’s trying to rectify the situation.
Nick still loves Phyllis and isn’t ready to give up on them. He’ll do whatever it takes to change and prove his commitment to Phyllis.
Will Phyllis Summers take Nick Newman back?
Nick and Phyllis’ meeting will be important to their relationship. The two have a lot to get off their chests, and it’ll either help or hurt their chances at reconciliation. Although the chances of a Phick reunion look good, there’s still drama brewing for the couple.

Although Jack admitted he loves Phyllis and she still has feelings for him, the two decided they were better as friends.
Nick was jealous of Phyllis and Jack’s bond, despite her proclamation of love to Nick. Jack will continue to be a problem for Phick, especially if Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) reveals a photo she took of the exes.
