Some cast members from sitcom The King of Queens remain big names to this day, and others have gone onto star in supporting roles on other shows.

The King of Queens told the story of couple Doug Heffernan (played by Kevin James) and Carrie Heffernan (Leah Remini) and their life in New York.

The CBS comedy ran for nine successful seasons from 1998 to 2007, with a total of 207 episodes in that time.

There were several characters making up the main cast of the show, but where are they now?

Where are the cast of King of Queens today?

Kevin James

Delivery driver Doug was portrayed by Kevin throughout the series.

More recently, Kevin frequently works with Adam Sandler, having starred as Eric Lamonsoff in the Grown Ups films and Larry in I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.

He’s appeared in several other films, including voicing Frankenstein in the Hotel Transylvania movies.

He also appeared in Hitch as Albert Brennaman, Nick Brannen in The Dilemma and Paul Blart in Paul Blart: Mall Cop as well as the film’s sequel.

Leah Remini

As well as appearing in many sitcoms before The King of Queens, Leah has continued to land roles since leaving the show.

However, Leah has also branched out into other projects away from her acting career.

She’s appeared in the movie Old School and hosted game show People Puzzler.

She took part in the 2013 series of Dancing with the Stars, coming in fifth place.

Leah has also been vocal in her concerns about the Church of Scientology, having been a member of the organisation since childhood and leaving in 2013.

She released a book, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology in 2005 and currently hosts the podcast Scientology: Fair Game with Mike Rinder.

Jerry Stiller

Jerry starred in the sitcom as Carrie’s father, Arthur Spooner, who lived in the basement of the couple’s house throughout the series.

Away from the The King of Queens role, Jerry is known for starring as George Costanza’s father, Frank in Seinfield.

He also appeared alongside his son, Ben Stiller, when he took on the role of Maury Ballstein in Zoolander as well as Doc Cantrow in The Heartbreak Kid.

Sadly, Jerry died in May 2020, with Zoolander 2 becoming his final movie role.

Victor Williams

Victor starred as Doug’s best friend and colleague, Deacon Palmer.

The role become one of his best-known gigs, but he has also featured in other TV shows including Homicide: Life on the Street, Law and Order, ER, New York Undercover, Fringe and more.

In 2012, he appeared as a pitchman in TV commercials for Verizon Fios.
