Fast forward nearly three decades, and she has swapped modelling for TV and continues to be a household name.

Born in February 23, 1971, in Swindon, Wiltshire, Melinda Messenger is a TV presenter, reality star, and former glamour model.
She shot to fame in the mid-90s when she was featured in a local double glazing company's advert in her lingerie.
The billboard caught national attention, and she quickly became Britain's top glamour model.
Melinda's TV career then began in 1997 on Channel 4's Eurotrash, where she featured as a "roving reporter" in erotic scenarios, including modelling fetish wear and acting as a nude magician's assistant.

Was Melinda Messenger a Page Three girl?
After being signed by modelling agent Yvonne Paul, who had steered OG Page Three girl Samantha Fox to fame in the 1980s, Melinda's career accelerated.
She posed for designers including Vivienne Westwood, then appeared on The Sun's legendary Page Three.
We later hailed her as the Girl of the Thrillenium! and even sent her out on Mel's Big Bus Tour.
Is Melinda Messenger married?
Melinda married Wayne Roberts in Bali in 1998.
But after 10 years of marriage, the couple revealed they were having a trial separation, which ultimately ended in divorce.
However in June 2023, Melinda opened up about marrying again in the future.
She told us: “I’m open to marriage again. It needs to be at the right time with the right person.
“I have had guys half my age asking me out. Those who recognise me will already know how old I am — although it still doesn’t seem to be an issue.
“I can’t help but think, ‘I am literally old enough to be your mother’.”
This was quickly followed by the announcement she was engaged Dr. Raj Joshi.
Revealing the news, Melinda posted on Instagram, and said: "We've got some very happy news to share.
"@raj.joshi.expedition and I got engaged in beautiful New Zealand at Matariki, the Māori New year, and we are getting married next year!"
Before that, the star's last serious relationship was with businessman Chris Harding, who she met on the First Dates celebrity special in 2018.
They dated for five months, but the couple split the following year.
