Right in the heart of York is a flat with a very fancy secret feature.

But the refurb brought other bits up to date, with high-tech and eco-friendly design choices.
The flat is now up for sale for £625,000. And we reckon it’ll sell fast.
Offering 1,200 sq ft of space, it has great views of the city’s most iconic landmark, York Minster, thanks to a large bay window in the living room.
There are two large bedrooms to choose from, both with cast iron fireplaces.
Also in the property sit a large kitchen, one bathroom, a sitting room, and, of course, the statement dining room we mentioned above.
