'Dangerous' Andrew Tate to stay locked up in hellhole jail as court hears he 'made women perform on sex cams for 12hrs' | The Sun

ANDREW Tate made women perform on sex cams for 12 hours straight at his Romanian lair, new court documents claimed today.

Judges were due to make a decision on whether Andrew and his brother Tristan could be released on Friday – but the hearing has been delayed until February 1.

The brothers and their two alleged accomplices Luana Radu and Georgina Naghel are currently in jail in Romania as part of a probe into human trafficking, rape, and organised crime.

The foursome have appealed against a court's ruling to extend their arrest period until February 27 – and a decision is now due next week after it was delayed on Friday.

But new court documents have revealed the judge's reasons for keeping the Tate brothers in custody for another 30 days.

Quoting the prosecutors, he said the women recruited for Andrew and Tristan's alleged webcam business were forced to work 12 hours straight on live sex cams with only a five-minute break.

He described the Tate brothers as "particularly dangerous".

The court document states: "The judge takes into account the capacity and effort of the defendants to exercise a permanent psychological control over the victims, including by resorting to constant acts of violence."

Prosecutors said the defendants forced women "to perform pornographic events in order to produce and distribute pornographic materials, by subjecting them to forced labour".

The decision to extend the arrest of the four suspects is based on the "state of tension among society" and "maintenance of public order", according to the court documents.

The judge also said the prosecutors need more time to gather evidence in the case.

The Tate brothers' first appeal to be released earlier this month was rejected.

Andrew and Tristan's lawyer Eugen Vidineac had argued the brothers should be released as they both have children in Romania.

But the judge said the "possibility of them evading investigations cannot be ignored" – and added "they could leave Romania and settle in countries that do not allow extradition".

The pair have been held in a "hellhole" Romanian jail cell.

The brothers and the two female suspects were detained in Bucharest by Romanian anti-organised crime prosecutors pending a criminal investigation.

Andrew and Tristan are accused of recruiting women on social media platforms and persuading them to travel to their £600,000 villa.

The brothers would allegedly falsely claim to be in love with the young women, before making them perform sexual acts on webcams.

It is claimed they would strike up relationships with the women before moving them to their compound and webcam studio in Romania.

Women were forced to film porn videos in the compound and were kept under 24/7 house arrest, according to Romanian investigators.

Romania's organised crime unit claimed the women would be compelled to perform webcam shows through "physical violence and mental coercion".

As part of the wide-ranging probe, cops seized Andrew's car collection – estimated by police sources to be worth around £6million.

Prosecutors also said one of the brothers raped one of the victims in March of last year, which is when the investigation started.

Andrew initially gained fame after a short-lived appearance on Big Brother.

He was dumped from the reality show after alleged footage of him beating a woman emerged online.

Andrew – supported by his brother – then spent years creating a warped empire promoting toxic worldviews which has infected legions of fans through TikTok.
