We thankfully haven’t crossed into official summer territory yet (just two more weeks, y’all!), which means that there is still plenty of time to get a cool new ‘do just before the season arrives. Looks like Miley Cyrus is doing exactly that, because she took the plunge and switched up her mullet!
Before we get into that, let’s get into Miley’s hair history, shall we? In late 2019, Miley actually cut her hair into a modern mullet just before entering her Plastic Hearts era, which is heavily inspired by ’80s rock ‘n roll. So naturally, Miley needed a look that would match that—hence the “business in the front, party in the back” cut.
Fan were actually pissed about the haircut because they thought that Miley’s hairstylist, Sally Hershberger, did it. Turns out, it wasn’t even Sally—it was Miley’s mom…Tish Cyrus! The good news is that Miley’s hair has done a total 180 since then and has grown intobeautiful, highlighted Princess Diana-esque levels of goodness, as Cosmopolitan UK pointed out.
On her Instagram Stories, Miley posted a pic of her in a v sexy red lingerie set (casual!) where she showed off her hair to her adoring fans:
Honestly not sure if Miley is even a fan of the royal family, but is her new and improved hair not giving you a Diana vibe? I mean, let’s just take a second to look at the material:
TBD on if Miley will level her hair up into a true Diana mushroom cut (praying on these to make a comeback), but in the meantime, stream Plastic Hearts on Spotify, etc. etc.
