During the St Patrick’s Day appearance, Kate, 39, looked sensational in a green blazer with her brunette hair down, while William wore a green jumper to mark the day.
Mum-of-three Kate also accessorised her gorgeous look with a Daniella Draper shamrock necklace.
William, 38, spoke Irish in the video as he began the couple’s warm wishes as he said: “Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig oraibh” – which translates to "Happy St Patrick's Day".
Kate said: "We're delighted to wish you all a very Happy St Patrick's Day,' before Prince William jokingly turned to her and said: "How come you got that easy bit?", as Kate smiled back at him.
The father-of-three then warmly recalled the couple's visit to Ireland last year as he said: "We were so thrilled to be able to visit Ireland just over a year ago, a few short weeks before all of our lives were turned upside down by the pandemic."
Kate continued: "The warm welcome that we received everywhere was a testament to the friendship between our two countries and the strength of the relationship between the UK and Ireland."
Prince William added: "We know that for Irish people all around the world today won't be the same as normal, but we hope that you can celebrate safely in any case."
US President Joe Biden and Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also took part in the video message to send St Patrick’s Day messages.
