One Margarita featuring Cindy Crawford inspired by ANTI-SEX evangelist

Meet 64-year-old ANTI-SEX evangelist Sister Cindy who inspired supermodel Cindy Crawford’s viral One Margarita video with furious rant about dangers of consuming alcohol

  • New single by TikTok star, That Chick Angel, is based on a rant by Sister Cindy
  • The 64-year-old Christian preacher shares views against sexual sins online
  • Her Margarita speech went viral after a visit to LSU in March

Cindy Crawford’s surprising cameo in the viral One Margarita music video has been delighting fans ever since it debuted last week, however others are now being left even more thrilled after learning the surprising inspiration behind the raunchy track.

Released by TikTok personality-turned-rapper That Chick Angel, the rap single is an ode to a margarita’s power as an aphrodisiac that increasingly loosens your inhibitions with every sip.

However, the original concept for the boozy countdown came another Cindy – thanks to a speech shared by an anti-sex evangelist named Sister Cindy.

The 64-year-old Christian preacher – whose real name is Cynthia Smock –  has spent the decades touring college campuses to preach her views against sexual sins.

The other Cindy: However, many have been surprised to learn that the song was inspired by a very different Cindy

In recent years, she has started to share her message on TikTok. However, her Margarita rant first went viral after she gave an impassioned speech at Louisiana State University (LSU) in March.

She could be heard saying, ‘If you buy her one margarita she will spread her legs!’, before going on to explain what happens each time you buy more of the beverage.

In April 2021, she made similar statements to student at Indiana State University as she argued: ‘If you buy her two margaritas, she will jump right on your penis.’

Smock has since gone on to share her message again on TikTok, using the song’s popularity to try and raise awareness for her original message.

‘Drink four margaritas and your heart is stone cold,’ she states in one clip. ‘You were having a great time last night but you wake up the next morning with a stone cold heart. And it stays around.’

She continued: ‘You are losing all feeling, all sense of kindness and compassion and mercy. You’re turned into nothing, like an animal, survival of the fittest. Nobody can love you and you can’t love anybody back.’

In another video, she preached: ‘Five margaritas and you’ve been told, drink five margaritas and you lose your soul.

‘You do all kinds of nonsense. And the next day you don’t even feel sorry for it. You’re empty, your heart is hard and you can’t even feel any remorse or repentance.’

She added: ‘It’s like you’ve gone too far and you’re in the deep deep hole pit with no way out and you don’t even care anymore.’

Cindy Crawford provides a completely different energy when she agreed to feature in the music video for remix by That Chick Angel – aka Angel Laketa Moore – and rapper Saucy Santana – real name Rashad Jamiyl Spain.

Throwback: Cindy’s cameo was inspired by her iconic 1992 Pepsi ad

The supermodel is seen slipping back into a white tank top and her blue denim Daisy Duke shorts to re-create her iconic 1992 Pepsi Super Bowl ad for the clip.

The 57-year-old catwalk queen is seen sipping a Casamigos tequila drink from a margarita glass – the popular brand was founded by Cindy’s husband Rande Gerber as well as his best friend George Clooney.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight about how the model came to feature in the video, That Chick Angle explained that Giant Music, the label behind the video, already had a relationship with Casamigos.

She then added that Crawford’s children – daughter Kaia, 21, and son Presley, 24 – both played a part in persuading their mother to take on the part.

In the original ad, the Vogue star wore a tank top and jean shorts – made from her own jeans she brought to the set that day – while driving a Lamborghini and stopped at a rural gas station to buy a can of soda.

Two young boys in a nearby field can be seen watching on in awe and amazement as the beauty guzzles the can in one go.
