Proud dad Piers Morgan has shared a rare picture of his youngest son as he graduated from university. The TV personality took to Twitter to share the special moment on Tuesday.
Piers has a huge grin on his face in the pic as he posed in a black suit with a blue tie. He had his arm around his 22 year old son, who looked equally as delighted as he smiled for the camera.
Bertie, who is the youngest of Piers' three sons, was stood in the traditional graduation robe, with a tasselled hat and a pair of black sunglasses.
Alongside the photo on Twitter, Piers said: "Congrats to my youngest son @Bertie_Morgan11 on gaining a 1st class degree from Bristol University in Politics & International Relations. Great achievement by a great lad who worked incredibly hard."
Before he ended the post, Piers shared his pride as he said: "Very proud dad!"
In 2019, Piers revealed that Bertie would be studying at Bristol University after he landed the grades he needed. Bertie achieved A*s in his A-level exams.
His results left Piers delighted, and at the time he once again took to Twitter to share his pride. At the time, he said: "The apple fell in a different orchard to your old man (I only got ABC). Proud of you son, due reward for tremendous work ethic."
Piers quite often shares snaps of him with his boys on social media, and he will often speak about them on TV when he can. One of those times that Piers did speak about his boys, was when he was the co-host of ITV's Good Morning Britain during the Coronavirus pandemic.
He spoke openly about how the pandemic has impacted his children. The TV star said: "My youngest son's at university, and he's been doing online lectures, and he said it's been working fine actually, he's got used to it. You get used to these things, don't you?'
"My middle boy's a young actor, just come out of drama school. There's no acting going on! There are no theatres.
"It's very tough for young people. All of his classes have come out of a top drama school, they're all about to burst into the world of acting, and now they're all sat at home!"
Piers' oldest son Spencer is a sports journalist and has interviewed some of the biggest names in the industry.
