My post-gym fat loss breakfast takes two minutes to make – it’s so tasty and just four ingredients | The Sun

A HEALTHY gym girl has shared the recipe for her weight loss breakfast.

She can whip up the tasty dish after a workout in just two minutes.

Sophie (@GAINSBYBRAINS) posted a video on the second day of her 30-day fat loss journey.

The determined woman started in the gym, lifting weights for an upper body workout.

She's been focusing on resistance training and the occasional cardio set.

When Sophie finished her morning routine, she headed out to grab one ingredient she needed for breakfast: matcha powder.

"This breakfast is literally done quicker than doing her meal," she admitted.

"It only takes two minutes." Typically, Sophie will make the meal the night before.

First, she made one matcha shot with the powder and hot water.

The wellness fan added some oat milk that only contains water and oats.

Sophie dumped three tablespoons of chia seeds into the cup.

She said: "Give it a good stir. I added some manuka honey."

Once the gym girl stirred all the contents thoroughly, she popped the cup in the fridge until the next day.

When she was ready to eat, Sophie topped the overnight chia seed pudding with low-fat Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.

Thankful viewers were glad Sophie revealed the recipe for her healthy breakfast.

"Breakfast is always the hardest for me, always glad to see it being prepped the day before," an honest woman admitted.

Another excited follower wrote: "Yasssss. I LOVE the food videos. Please keep them coming!"

One critic remarked: "If this was my breakfast, I’d surely lose weight bc I couldn’t finish it. I can’t handle the texture of chia."
