Andy Warhol’s 1981 portrait of his last boyfriend, Jon Gould, is up for sale after Ryan Murphy’s new Netflix docuseries “The Andy Warhol Diaries” piqued interest in the late art legend’s love life.

Warhol disciple and art dealer Robert Dupont told Page Six he’s helping his friend, Dr. Lynn Howard, sell the portrait of Gould that was last appraised at $750,000 in 2009.

“She thinks now is the time to put it on the market… Maybe Ryan Murphy should buy it,” Dupont quipped.

Howard told us she plans to feature the piece in a gallery show curated by Warhol muse “Baby” Jane Holzer.

“It will be added to the current homage to Jane Holzer exhibit at Ben Brown Fine Arts Gallery in Palm Beach, where it will reside through May,” she said.

Warhol’s romance with Gould, a young executive at Hollywood studio Paramount, is the focus of several episodes in Murphy’s new series.

The series portrays Gould as Warhol’s last romance. But Warhol pals such as Dianne Brill told Page Six she doesn’t “remember him being important like that.”

“History is a mystery. Whoever tells the story latest the loudest makes it the truth,” Brill said of Murphy’s “take as an outsider” on Warhol.

Holzer, who just started watching the doc, told us she is “very happy to see my friend on screen.”

“I’m very nostalgic. Andy and I had our own relationship and that’s all I cared about. I loved Andy… I accepted anyone that he accepted,” she said on Thursday.

As for the Warhol portrait of Gould? “I think it’s gorgeous,” Holzer said.

Gould’s twin brother, Jay, shares in the doc that his bother and Warhol “had some type of relationship” in the ’80s, but that Jon was tight-lipped about it.

“We were very close, identical twins, but we never talked a lot about his sexuality. It was a different time,” he said.

Warhol met Gould in 1981 and eventually moved him into his townhouse on East 66th Street in Manhattan. In 1984, Gould was admitted to New York Hospital for pneumonia, though it was understood he had AIDS. Warhol stayed with him every night for 30 days according to the Netflix series.

Gould then moved to LA, where he passed away on Sept. 8, 1986.

Jay — who is interviewed in the docuseries — told The Post, “When my brother passed, a lot of magazines put him in the category of hangers-on who took advantage of Andy and that really bothered me. I knew my brother would want me to [set the record straight].”

Gould wasn’t the only twin Warhol was once interested in: Murphy’s series also delves into his 12-year relationship with Jed Johnson, who also had a twin named Jay.

“They really were in love,” Jed’s twin brother, Jay, said in the series. He also confirmed, “They shared a bedroom.”

Meanwhile, Warhol’s Interview Magazine editor, Bob Colacello, noted in the doc that Warhol loved “repetition” in his pop art, and perhaps in his personal life as well.

Dupont and his twin, Richard, who also dated Warhol, however, are not mentioned in the docuseries.

Robert split from Warhol’s assistant, Rupert, and that ended things with Richard despite Warhol declaring his love in 1979.

“[Warhol] said to me, ‘I need to make money, Richard… and Rupert makes me money. I can’t have you around all the time because you will remind Rupert of your brother Robert,’” Richard recalled to us.
