A CRAMPED flat has raised eyebrows online after being listed for a whopping £1,365 a month.
Prospective tenants get surprisingly little bang for their buck as the property is so tiny that the shower is almost on top of the toilet.
Listed on Rightmove by agents Interlet Sales and Lettings, the Central London studio is referred to in the advert as "cosy."
While Wifi and "most bills" are included in the price, this will be little comfort to renters, given that they could probably leap from bathroom to kitchen to bed in three strides.
The long, narrow apartment in Earl's Court looks more like a hallway than a home, but does come fully furnished with amenities like a oven, fridge/freezer and a small TV.
Meanwhile, bathroom is so cramped that tenants could almost shower while sat on the loo.
The toilet and small sink are separated from the shower unit by nothing but a small step and a thin curtain.
In addition, the kitchenette, complete with two-burner hob and oven, blends seamlessly into the bedroom/living area.

The bed is pressed up against the wall on one side and sandwiched between the kitchen unit at its foot and a small table and singular chair at its head.
The flat also features shared laundry facilities and access to a well-maintained garden, which is arguably bigger than the flat itself.
Interior design fans are set for a treat with the "laminate wood effect flooring."
Some key details are lacking in the listing, with the date the property becomes available, the required deposit and the minimum tenancy also labelled as "Ask agent."
While it does say that the agents are looking for a long-term let, lower down they make it known that short-term rentals are available.

The listing adds that the property is "centrally located" and within a short walk of Holland Park and Earls Court underground station, as well as local shops.
Sadly for eager renters, the property has been removed from Rightmove since it was seen last night by The Sun Online, with no reason given and customers advised to contact the agent to ask.
