She shared footage of the adorable interaction to TikTok, and the dog quickly became a viral sensation.
‘It’s pretty cold here in Vegas this morning and Salem keeps staring at me, which means, he probably is cold and wants a sweater on,’ she explained in the video, which has now been viewed more than eight million times.
After she told Salem to go get what he wanted and bring it to her, the animal excitedly ran over to his cage — where his pajamas were hanging — grabbed them with his mouth, and carried them over to Lexx.
‘You want your jammies on? OK, let’s put them on,’ she said.
The video then cut to Salem wearing a blue and green plaid outfit, which covered his whole body all the way up to his face — including his ears.
‘Are you nice and warm now?’ Lexx asked the pet, as he wagged his tail.
‘When Salem gets cold he sits and cry’s until I put one on him,’ she captioned it. ‘I’ve been hanging them up on the dog kennel and he’s started bringing them to me.’
In the comment section, the TikToker explained that she had the PJs custom made by a brand called Made By De.
