Who is Lady Marina Windsor?
Lady Marina Charlotte Alexandra Katharine Helen Windsor is a relative of the Royal Family.
She was born on September 30, 1992 at the Rosie Hospital in Cambridge.
On January 21, 1993 Lady Marina was christened Marina Charlotte Alexandra Katharine Helen Windsor in a Church of England ceremony, with her godparents being Lady Ralph Kerr, Katherine Ruth Panter, William Hanbury-Tenison, and Sasha Poklewski-Koziell.

She is the younger sister of Edward Windsor, Lord Downpatrick, and the older sister of Lady Amelia Windsor.
Marina is the granddaughter of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, a first cousin of the late Queen Elizabeth II, and Katharine, Duchess of Kent.
It's been said that she is close to her grandparents and will often stay at their royal residence within Kensington Palace, when she's in London.
Lady Marina is also close with her sister as she has lived with her in Notting Hill.

Why was Lady Windsor removed from the line of succession?
Up until 2008 Lady Windsor was the 25th person in the line of succession to the British throne.
However, this changed when she forfeited her place in compliance of the Act of Settlement 1701, along with her older brother, after being confirmed into the Roman Catholic Church.
This is the church of her mother and paternal grandmother.
The Act of Settlement 1701 is an Act of the Parliament of England that means the succession to the English and Irish crowns can only be Protestants.
Anyone who became a Roman Catholic, or who married one, became disqualified to inherit the throne.
What does Lady Marina Windsor do for a living?
Lady Marina attended St Mary's School, Ascot, a Roman Catholic boarding school for girls where she was deputy head girl.
She then went on to study French and Portuguese at the University of Edinburgh, where she starred in plays and wrote for the student Y-Magazine.
After she graduated, she went to work for a number of charities including Veterans Aid, Beat Routes Charity, Eco-nnect and The Big Give, where she was the Philanthropic Executive.
In 2010, Lady Marina had a go at modelling for Hardy Amies in Tatler alongside her siblings.
She has since expressed an interest in going to work in foreign diplomacy.

Aside from her career, Lady Marina has a number of hobbies including travelling to Thailand to train in Muay Thai boxing in May 2012 and also being a keen festival goer.
She went to Glastonbury festival alongside her sister Amelia in 2022 as well as seeing the Rolling Stones play in Hyde Park the same year.
