Logan Paul calls for Floyd Mayweather rematch, saying 'I promise I'll knock him out' and 'this time I finish him'

LOGAN PAUL has called for a rematch with Floyd Mayweather by promising 'I'll knock him out' and 'this time I finish him'.

The YouTuber faced Mayweather in an eight round exhibition bout at the start of June.

And to the shock of many Paul – who weighed TWO STONE more – took the boxing legend the full eight round distance.

Having avoided a knockout, no winner was declared, but Paul is confident he would become the first man to beat Mayweather if they rematched.

He said, per TMZ Sports: “Let me ask you what you’d rather see – Jake Paul vs Floyd or me vs Floyd again?

“Because, let me tell you something, if I fight Floyd again, I promise I’ll knock him out.

“I’ve got him figured out. I got it. At the end of the eighth round he was breathing heavy, I was coming alive.

“It’s gonna be a 10/12-round fight, if we run it back, and this time I finish him.”

Mayweather, 44, officially retired at 50-0 in 2017 after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor, 33, in ten rounds.

He returned twice after, both in exhibitions, firstly against featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa.

But after being taken the distance by Paul, Mayweather admitted he 'probably' would not make another return.

And talks to fight the YouTuber again have not taken place, despite his $100million pay day and 1million pay-per-view sales.

Paul, 26, said: “No, nothing’s happened, this is all just hypothetical bulls***.

“Hey Floyd, thanks for the opportunity, would love to run it back some time if you’re up for it champ?”
