ED Sheeran's first solo single in four years 'Bad Habits' is out next week – as singer dressed up as a vampire and shared an acoustic clip.
The 30-year-old took a hiatus to enjoy being a first-time dad after he and wife Cherry Seaborn welcomed their daughter Lyra Antarctica last year.
Ed drove his fans wild as he teased his fun new video on Twitter.
He went all out with pink glittery eye make-up and dark circles to be a modern-day vampire.
He opened his mouth to reveal huge fangs as his upbeat track played in the background.
He ditched the trademark black vampire outfit for a bright pink jumper which he wore over a brilliant white collared shirt.
Fans flocked to Twitter to comment.
One wrote: "I just want to say, Ed Sheeran is back."
Another said: "It's got a vibe to it."
A third chimed in: "Song is so damn good."
Meanwhile just days ago Ed unveiled a new tattoo as he teased his new track.
He clasped his hands behind his head grimacing as he leaned back on a sofa in a blue T-shirt looking horrified.
He wrote: "The moment you realise your first solo single in 4 years is coming out in a few weeks."
One fan replied: "The moment your fans realised the same thing they started screaming ?."
However, others reckoned they'd found a new inking among the many already covering his arms – a killer whale on his left arm.
One wrote: "I spot a new tattoo ?" while while another wrote: "The Tattoo ????."
A third boggled: "Is hat a whale on your armpit? (That's probably the most weird thing I've ever written)."
Asked to describe his new music in a Radio 1 interview, Ed said it was "an amalgamation of all the records".
He added: "The first single is really different – like really, really different.
"Every time I’ve released a first single from an album I’ve been nervous about it because I’m like, “Oh, I don’t know how this is going to go,” and I like that feeling.
"I like the idea of putting something out and being like, 'I don’t know how people are going to feel about this'."
