CHLOE Ferry is fast becoming one of Geordie Shore’s most successful property moguls.

The 27-year-old recently splashed out on her third home – a luxury flat overlooking the marina Newcastle.



The gorgeous property boasts incredible views overlooking the water and her mum Liz has now moved in there.

Chloe owns a second apartment on the coveted marina in an even more exclusive area which she is currently renting out.

The star also has a £1.1 million mansion located just outside the city.

She was renting it out for a whopping £7k a month, but recently moved back in after reuniting with her boyfriend Johnny.

The property features a gym, cinema room, a bar, games room, open plan kitchen, walk-in wardrobes and is surrounded by countryside.

An insider said: “Chloe is incredibly savvy with her money but also super generous.

“She’s made sure her mum is sorted but is also earning a good income from her flat on the marina.

“The plan is to build up her property portfolio, to make sure she always has something to fall back on.”

After buying the huge home, with has five bedrooms, Chloe said: "I'm so happy right now. Every time I talk about it I get so emotional. When I viewed it I fell in love. I wanna be in this house for the rest of my life.

"I want to have my kids in this house.

"I'm absolutely buzzing. I can't believe I'm going to be living in my dream home.

"Especially when I've been told I'm not good enough, or you can't achieve that.You believe it. That's why I had no faith in this house, I thought 'I can't get that. That's not right for me.' But yes it is.

"Don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't do something. Because I used to listen to those people. Then I started doing my own thing, and going down my own path."
