Events take a dramatic turn for Vinny and Manprett in Emmerdale this week after being held hostage by resident serial killer Meena.
Will they become her next victims? Or will they manage to escape and finally expose Meena's evil ways once and for all?
Since joining the soap in 2019, Vinny Dingle has become a firm favourite with viewers.
The son of Mandy Dingle's former boyfriend Paul Ashdale, Mandy raised Vinny after Paul left, and he has since been involved in some huge storylines in the soap.
However in real life, actor Bradley Johnson who plays Vinny has had quite the life himself, starring alongside huge Hollywood stars and delighting fans with his sensational singing skills.
Secret singing career
In between landing major film and television roles, many viewers might remember Bradley Johnson as one of the contestants on BBC talent competition Let it Shine.
He delighted judges with his performance of Bring Him Home from the musical Les Miserables, with the TV programme's official twitter feed sharing a clip of the moment, saying: "Bringing it home with 20 Stars. Bradley Johnson you do not know how good you are!"
The talented singer reached the finals of the competition, and although he didn't win, Bradley has continued to delight fans by sharing clips on social media of him singing acoustic covers of songs.
During the 2020 lockdown, he also delighted Emmerdale fans when he showed off his impressive voice during the online Woolpack Sessions.
He joined fellow co-stars such as Dean Andrews to belt out renditions of hit songs, with Bradley performing Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody.
Colin Firth link
Acting seemed to be on the cards for Bradley from a young age, appearing not only in BBC drama The Syndicate and Channel 4's Shameless, but also alongside British acting royalty.
In 2007, he played a younger incarnation of Colin Firth's character Blake in the film When Did You Last See Your Father?
The story follows writer Blake as he remembers moments he shared with his father, as he and his sister Gillian tend to him on his deathbed.
The film was highly praised by audiences and critics alike, with one review in The Guardian saying it is a film that: "deserves to be seen."
Although the two stars did not share any scenes on screen together, Bradley showed his impressive acting skills at a young age, before going on to be the popular Emmerdale star we know today.
Co-star romance rumours
Although Bradley keeps his love life private, in August 2021 he was spotted on a camping holiday with fellow Emmerdale co-star Isobel Steele, who plays Liv Flaherty in the soap.
Their characters split up onscreen after Liv found out that Vinny had left his dad to die following a barn explosion.
However, the two actors have a great off-screen chemistry, with Isobel sharing sweet snaps of the two on their camping holiday together.
The photos prompted rumours of romance, with a source telling The Sun: "They looked to be getting on really well and really enjoying themselves on holiday.
"We thought we were seeing things. You don't expect to see people from the telly on a campsite."
However, an Emmerdale spokesperson confirmed that they are not in a relationship and are just good friends.
Stunning home transformation
Like many people during the first lockdown in 2020, Bradley used his time to give his living space renovation – including transforming his home's garden into a relaxation paradise.
He showcased the transformation in stunning before and after pictures on social media, with the caption: "I could not be prouder of my brand new #lockdown garden renovation. Since we stopped working on @emmerdale all those many weeks ago me and my mum decided it was finally time to get it done."
The before photo showed the garden covered in uneven paving slabs, with weeds visible in between the cracks.
However, Bradley and his mum put their time to good use, adding grass, a decking area complete with a patio set and a gazebo, along with decorative ornaments.
In the social media post about the garden transformation, Bradley added: "It was a big task, but as you can see here, a few more tiny tweeks and few more decorations, here and there, we are good to go for our GRAND #garden #party bring it on!!"
Emmerdale airs weekdays on ITV at 7pm
