THE One Show star Alex Jones recently enjoyed a romantic Paris trip with rarely seen husband for her 45th birthday.
The TV presenter and insurance broker Charlie Thomson jetted off to the French capital for a much-needed getaway.
Alex took to Instagram to share what the pair got up to on their travels with a cute montage on her profile.
The video started off with them both at the airport drinking a glass of bubbly, which was followed by the views from the airplane window as they flew to their destination.
Alex gave a sneak peek from outside of their apartment and the amazing food on offer.
They couldn't go to Paris without visiting the Louvre, the love lock bridge Pont des Arts and they even locked lips in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Alex captioned the post: "Beautiful special surprise birthday present ? ???."
The TV star also shared a selection of selfies from their short trip including one cosied up in a restaurant and another on the streets of Paris.
She shared with fans: "24 hours in Paris. 24 hours of laughing, exploring, wine drinking, hand holding and remembering why we’re a team.
"Thank you Mr T for the best surprise. ❤️."

One wrote: "Aw ! Wonderful! Lovely pics! Happy Birthday birthday Alex! ?????."

Alex and Charlie met in 2011 at a party.
The New Zealand-born insurance broker stays out of the limelight, but Alex frequently posts pics of the pair on her Instagram page.
The loved-up pair got engaged in February 2015 and tied the knot on New Year's Eve the same year.
They welcomed their first child, baby Teddy, into the world on January 22, 2017.
Alex gave birth to her second child, a boy called Kit, on May 13, 2019. She didn't know the gender of the child until he was born.

On March 25, 2021, Alex revealed she was pregnant with her third baby and gave birth to daughter Annie on 21 August, 2021.
