Love Island's Laura Anderson 'in shock' after being slammed for calling Yewande dancing 'so aggressive'

LAURA Anderson has revealed that she is 'in shock' after being slammed for calling Yewande Biala's dancing 'so aggressive' on a night out.

The Love Island star, 30, has been trolled after a video emerged of her making the comment at a celebrity bash.

The footage was posted on Belle Hassan’s Instagram story and was filmed at the Night Tales nightclub in London where she was celebrating Ovie Soko’s ASOS clothing line launch.

In the short clip the Scottish blonde can be seen standing next Yewande as she sings and dances to the muisc.

The camera then pans to Laura who can be seen saying “so aggressive” before taking a sip of her drink.

This has caused an uproar amongst fans who have slammed the comment – but lauara is taking their negativity lying down.

Today she posted a video and said:  "I want to address all the lovely comments after Belle's Instagram story. I'm not really sure 'so aggressive' was towards Belle shouting or Yewande having her dance – difficult one.

"Quite a few accusations for those of you who have read all of the comments and stuff, everyone's got their opinion.

"I actually googled the world aggressive and the meaning and stuff, and I thought I was going mad, cause surely I know what it means. And there are like two meanings.

"I don't want to upset anyone at all, I was out having a laugh with my friends, not any kind of being mean to anyone. I don't want to offend anyone, and definitely not in a racial way."

Her statement came after fans criticised Laura for her behaviour on social media.

One fan wrote on Twitter: “Archaic Laura calling Yewande aggressive She looks like she’s just having fun to me!”

And another added: “Why is yewande around these people, she’s literally passionate about the song & having fun, ugh I hate ppl like that.”

Laura's Instagram also took a bashing, with one person writing:  How dare you call yewande aggressive for singing and dancing.”

Another added: “‘Aggressive’ grandma you should have just stayed at home.”
