Love Island’s Tyrique Hyde shocks co-stars as he reveals he’s had sex with over 100 women

Love Island star Tyrique Hyde leaves his co-stars stunned in tonight's show after revealing he's had sex with more than 100 women.

The smash-hit reality dating series made its hotly anticipated return on 5 June, with a new cast of singletons making their way to Mallorca to soak up the sun and hopefully find love.

Islander Tyrique, a semi-professional footballer from Essex, currently plays as a midfielder for East Sussex club Lewes FC. The son of former Watford and Jamaica player Micah Hyde, he's already made waves on the show after it was revealed he already knows castmate, Ella Thomas.

The 24 year old also shared a link with Molly Marsh, after the pair spotted they share matching tattoos.

Upping the ante further this evening, Tyrique leaves mouths open after sharing the news that he's "lost count" of how many women he's slept with after surpassing 100. The shock confession will come about during a saucy challenge, which sees the Islanders confess to some X-rated secrets.

Despite it being just day two in the famous villa, the new contestants are quick to get intimate, sharing 11 kisses during Tuesday night's show – with Tyrique scoring three trysts with his co-stars.

The next to lock lips with the most new Islanders is bombshell Zachariah Noble, 25, who floored the Islanders with his shock arrival. Host Maya Jama revealed he will have the power to steal a girl of his choice to couple up with, leaving one of the original Love Island lads single – and vulnerable to a potential exit.

As part of the tell-all challenge, viewers will also learn which one of the women passionately kissed five men in one night, while another confesses to seeing three people at the same time, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Hot on the heels of the winter edition of the show, bosses have been keen to offer both viewers and the Islanders themselves plenty of twists. For the first time ever, both boys and girls entered the villa, while viewers were allowed to vote for which Islanders they'd like to see couple up during the first episode.

Ruchee Gurung and Jess Harding were the first Islanders to arrive in style at the sprawling Spanish villa. While talking and trying to get to know each other, they were greeted by the surprise arrival of more Islanders.

The two girls were joined by Mitchel Taylor, Ella Thomas and André Furtado, before five more future reality stars – Tyrique Hyde, Molly Marsh, Mehdi Edno, Catherine Agbaje and George Fensom – entered.

Later, after the pairings had been decided, Maya returned to drop a bombshell on the villa as she gathered the Islanders around the fire pit.

Maya, 28, asked the villa: "Are you happy or could you be happier? I have the ultimate dare for you." She then dared those not happy in their couples to step forward.

To which Ruchee and Jess – the first girls to enter the villa this year – stepped forward, leaving their partners looking awkward amid the "brutal" twist.

Explaining their reasons, the girls admitted that the chemistry was missing with their boys – to which the male Islanders insisted there was no hard feelings.
