Former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan took to her Instagram storiy to share her support for pal Lana Jenkins as it was announced she'd be joining winter Love Island this month.
The 35-year-old penned a sweet message to Lana, encouraging her to do well in the ITV dating show.
Sharing the official Love Island post of Lana, Michelle wrote: "So our girl is going into Love Island. Genuinely one of the nicest girls you’ll ever meet."

“Go and smash it darlin'," she concluded.
Lana also has a celebrity connection to Owen Warner, who featured in last year's I'm A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here, coming second to Lioness Jill Scott.
Lana and Owen had a sweet summer romance in 2020 after his public split from Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davies.
The pair even went Instagram official in a post uploaded by Owen which has now been deleted.
Lana says she's single because she's "been with people that haven't been meant for me".
She said: "Because I’ve been through relationships that have made me want to find someone perfect, I’ve been with people that haven’t been meant for me."
"Since then I’ve been really picky about who I go for and who I let into my life," Lana added.
Michelle has also been connected to another islander from the initial line-up, which was revealed on Monday (January 9).
Olivia Hawkins from Brighton, who says she's ready to bring "a little bit of drama" to the South African villa, says her claim to fame is her varied career in acting, which includes her work with Michelle.
"I did a film with Jason Statham and had a nice 10 minute convo about life.
"I've been a ring girl for KSI, I played a waitress in James Bond with Daniel Craig and I’ve also been a body double for Michelle Keegan and Emma Watson," she revealed.
