Susanna Reid reacts as she's slammed as 'condescending b****' by cruel troll | The Sun

SUSANNA Reid has reacted after a cruel troll branded her a "condescending b****".

The insult came after Susanna, 52, interviewed politician Matt Hancock on Good Morning Britain.

Clearly disagreeing with her questions, one viewer tweeted: "Wow!…what a condescending b**** Susanna Reid is!! So damn smug!"

Presenter Susanna then reacted in an unexpected way – by liking the user's post.

During the interview she attempted to grill Matt, 44, on his actions during lockdown, after The Sun revealed his secret affair with Gina Coladangelo.

After Matt denied he'd broken the law, Susanna asked: "Why didn’t you break the law? Was it reasonably necessary for work purposes?”

As the debate continued, Susanna said: "The law says that no person may participate in a gathering which consisted two or more people and takes place indoors.

"The only exemption was work purposes where it was reasonably necessary. You must be arguing it was reasonably necessary."

"No, obviously, you know, that’s obviously not, I wouldn’t make that argument. But the guidelines were in place on social distancing," a flustered Matt responded.
