RHOSLC's Jen Shah seems to joke about her legal issues as she shares meme featuring Erika Jayne crying over her 'life'

REAL Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah seemed to joke about her legal issues.

The 47-year-old shared a meme featuring fellow Real Housewives star Erika Jayne crying over her “life.”

Jen compared her legal woes to those of RHOBH star Erika, 50, in a now-deleted Instagram Story post.

Before Jen took down the post, the Bravo by Betches Instagram account managed to capture the meme that featured Erika crying as mascara ran down her face.

The meme included Erika’s quote from Wednesday’s episode, in which she asked her compassion as she said: “Look at me. Look at my f*cking life!”

A snap of Jen holding a martini glass was placed below the meme, along with the caption: “BRB, hold my drink…”

While Jen seemed to be able to poke fun of both of their legal dramas, the women are involved in scandals that are no laughing matter.

JEN'S LEGAL WOES

Back in March, Jen was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in a "telemarketing scheme" and is facing 30 YEARS in prison.

An insider close to the star claimed that the arrest was filmed: “Cameras were rolling but it was so chaotic, I’m not sure exactly what was captured.”

While the source said producers "definitely got some footage," it's unclear exactly what was captured.

“The cast was getting ready for a group trip to Colorado,” the insider spilled exclusively to The Sun.

Police also arrested the Bravo star’s assistant, Stuart Smith, and they were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.

When the arrest was made, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said in a press release obtained by The Sun: "Jennifer Shah, who portrays herself as a wealthy and successful business person on 'reality' television, and Stuart Smith, who is portrayed as Shah's 'first assistant,' allegedly generated and sold 'lead lists' of innocent individuals for other members of their scheme to repeatedly scam.

"In actual reality and as alleged, the so-called business opportunities pushed on the victims by Shah, Smith, and their co-conspirators were just fraudulent schemes, motivated by greed, to steal victims’ money.

"Now, these defendants face time in prison for their alleged crimes.”

Since the RHOSLC star was released without bond, Jen has been banned from excessive drinking and using drugs, she can't use her credit cards, take out excessive amounts of money and can't travel outside of Utah until her October hearing.

ERIKA'S LEGAL DRAMA

Meanwhile, Erika found herself at the center of a legal battle alongside her ex-husband Tom Girardi, 82.

The RHOBH star filed for divorce from Tom back in November after about 21 years of marriage.

After their split was confirmed, the former couple was hit with a number of lawsuits.

Despite claiming she was not aware that Tom allegedly “stole millions” form the clients at his law firm, Erika was accused of “hiding her bank statements,"

A trustee's special litigation counsel confirmed that Tom’s law firm transferred about $20 million to the Bravo star's many businesses.

In light of the many lawsuits, it was recently reported that the 82-year-old's federal disbarment was handed down by a judge.

The former couple's legal drama has been heavily covered on the most recent season of RHOBH.

During a previous episode of the Bravo show, Erika screamed at Sutton Stracke when the 49-year-old expressed her concerns about how the scandal with impact her reputation.
