Schitt's Creek's Dan Levy and Phoebe Bridgers set to grace SNL stage

Schitt’s Creek star Dan Levy and Phoebe Bridgers have been announced for an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live – and what an absolute dream team.

Dan, who created Schitt’s Creek along with his father Eugene and plays David Rose, tweeted the show’s signature sticky note announcement, with his and Phoebe’s names in the February 6 slot.

Summing up all of our feelings, he simply wrote: ‘OMFG.’

OMFG indeed, Dan.

The writer and actor is best known for his work on the Canadian comedy, alongside his father Eugene (Johnny Rose), Catherine O’Hara (Moira Rose) and Annie Murphy (Alexis Rose).

After seeing huge success, it won big at the Emmys last year and has built up a massive fan base.

Meanwhile, Phoebe (of breaking our hearts into a million pieces fame) is set to be the musical guest after her second album release in 2020.

She skyrocketed to fame, and earned four Grammy nominations for the incredible record.

Meanwhile, other stars set to grace the SNL stage over the next few weeks include A Quiet Place and The Office star John Krasinski, and Machine Gun Kelly on January 30.

Then, all-round TV and film royalty Regina King and singer-songwriter Nathaniel Ratecliff will appear on February 13.

SNL has seen incredible stars host over the years, from Harry Styles and Taylor Swift to Adele’s iconic appearance last year.

Meanwhile, in the final show of 2020, former cast member Kristen Wiig returned to bring back her iconic characters.

The character Sue, known for her excitable demeanour, was featured in a skit titled Home for Christmas, while the glamorous Mindy Elise Grayson starred in the holiday edition of game show Secret Word.

Just like they were never gone!
