Bradley Walsh has become one the richest daytime TV stars thanks to his soaring business, it has been claimed.
The Chase presenter, 61, reportedly has an impressive £12.5million in the bank, with his company earning close to £1m in profit over the last year alone.
Which is not too shabby in the slightest.
According to reports, accounts filed with his company, Wingit Productions – which he runs with wife Donna and son Barney – show a net worth of £12.3million, marking an increase of more than £800,000 from 2020.
‘Bradley is such a popular star on ITV, in particular, that it’s little wonder that he has the potential to earn so much money,’ an insider told the Mirror of his fortune, which dwarfs fellow daytime stars Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who are reportedly worth £8m and £10m respectively.
Bradley has become a staple of ITV over the years, hosting The Chase for more than a decade, and spin-off Beat The Chasers.
The star also showed off his close bond with son Barney, with the pair hitting the road for their very own series, Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad.
Bradley flexed his acting muscles, appearing as Danny Baldwin in soap Coronation Street for two years – with the role winning him a British Soap Award.
For the last three years, he has played Graham in Doctor Who, starring opposite Jodie Whitaker in the latest seasons of Doctor Who.
We’ll be getting more of him on our screens, as he has reportedly signed up to a Darling Buds Of May reboot, alongside his son.
It has been claimed he will be taking on Sir David Jason’s iconic role of Pop Larkin in upcoming ITV show, The Larkins.
‘Their adventures gained around five million viewers an episode, and producers hope to bring some of that audience to The Larkins,’ an insider told the Sun.
‘Pairing Bradley and Barney adds to the growing anticipation for this reinvention of a show which holds a special place in the hearts of a generation of viewers.’
