S.W.A.T has been running for four seasons on CBS and continues to grow in popularity. It’s now just as popular in the UK as it is in the US, but it isn’t as easy to see without CBS. How can UK fans watch the show?

Where to watch SWAT in the UK?

S.W.A.T season recently ended on CBS (May 26) in the United States and UK fans are eager to catch up with the series.

Despite CBS not being available in the UK, there are a few options on how to watch the show.

The best place to watch the series is Amazon Prime Video, with the first three seasons available to stream now.

However, season four is currently not available on the platform, with the latest season likely coming later in the year or early 2022.

The next best place to see the show is NOW TV, with all four seasons being currently available to watch.

NOW TV is Sky’s streaming platform, offering a lot of the same content as Sky subscribers.

The show is based on the 1975 drama of the same name, being revived by CBS and Netflix US when it premiered in 2017.

The show has been running for five years now and continues to build a loyal fanbase.

CBS has no plans of slowing down for the series, with the broadcaster announcing season five ahead of season four’s finale.

Fans don’t have long to wait for season five either, with the next chapter of the S.W.A.T franchise is expected to drop in autumn of 2021.

There has been no word on when the next season will come to the UK, though NOW TV will likely pick up the rights to stream it quickly.

So far the only teaser for the new season was a Twitter post shared by the official S.W.A.T account:

The post read: “Real twist there at the end. Until next season #SWAT squad.”

Fans jumped to the comments to share their love and excitement over the4 next season of the action-packed police drama.

One fan said: “They can’t demote Hondo! He’s going to stand his ground..he saved the city!! Doesn’t that count for something.”

Another fan added: “Can’t wait! Thank you for another great season! #SWAT.”

A third fan said: “Nice call back to the pilot. Can’t wait until Season 5!” (sic)

All the main cast will be returning once again for season five, with Hondo (played by Shemar Moore) leading the group.

Joining him is Jim Street (Alex Russell), Chris Alonso (Lina Esco), Dominique Luca (Kenny Johnson), and Deacon Kay (Jay Harrington).

Hondo was hit with a demotion following the events of season four of the series, but how that will impact season five remains unclear.

He will have to work his way back up and saving the city again is just one way to do it.

SWAT is available to watch on CBS, Netflix US, Amazon Prime and NOW TV.
