MASTERCHEF: The Professionals has returned for it's 14th series with more top chefs hoping to impress the judges.
One of them is Charith who arrived on the show in Heat 2.
Who is Charith on Masterchef: The Professionals?
Charith often champions food that celebrates his Sri Lankan heritage,
After impressing the judges in Heat 2, he is now through to the quarter finals.
He wowed them with his Yellow Curry Cod and Watalappan.

Who are the MasterChef: The Professionals judges?
The MasterChef: The Professionals judging panel is made up of Monica Galetti, Marcus Wareing and Gregg Wallace.
Monica Galetti has been on the MasterChef: The Professionals panel since 2009 and has an impressive CV that includes senior sous chef at the two-Michelin star restaurant Le Gavroche under former MasterChef: The Professionals judge, Michel Roux Jnr.
Marcus Wareing is the Chef Patron at the Michelin-star restaurant Marcus and succeeded Roux Jnr as a judge on the show for its seventh series.
Gregg Wallace, who also hosts the show, has been a mainstay of the MasterChef franchise for a long time and has served as a judge on MasterChef, Celebrity MasterChef and MasterChef: The Professionals, as well as writing on food for many of the big food magazines.
When is MasterChef: The Professionals next on TV?
MasterChef: The Professionals kicked off on November 8, 2021.
The next episode is on Thursday, November 18, at 9pm.
The 32 chefs are divided into eight heats of four, with two heats taking place each week.
The top two from each goes forward to the quarter final where another chef is eliminated.
All episodes will be available on the iPlayer after they have aired.
