Multi-millionaire and EuroMillions lottery winner Adrian Bayford is renting out a cottage on his £12million private estate on Airbnb.

The three-bed farmhouse is just 240 feet from the millionaire’s mansion and is listed for around £110 a night.

Bayford’s earnings would reportedly earn him a similar figure to what he earns in interest from the £148million jackpot in just 13 minutes, according to The Sun.

The father-of-two has notoriously been unlucky in love with two failed romances behind him since splitting up with his wife Gillian around 15 months after they won the jackpot together in 2012.

A friend of Adrian’s has reportedly questioned if Bayford really understands ‘how rich he really is’ and said it is ‘mad’ that he would chose to make money off a holiday home.

Bayford reportedly put his £6.5million Grade II manor house on the market in 2020. The farmhouse used for the Airbnb is situated within the £12million estate

Friends are also concerned that Bayford is allowing people to stay within the grounds of his £12million estate.

They said they were concerned for his saftey, and that he did not need to have strangers peering into his private home.

The Airbnb in Cambridgeshire is described by the host as ‘tastefully decorated’ with a modern kitchen/diner, cosy living room, downstairs WC, master bedroom, twin room, single room and a bathroom.

Guests can also enjoy a private garden with a patio and seating area.

Bayford and his wife became Britain’s biggest ever lottery winners when they scooped the £148m Euro millions jackpot nine years ago.

Within a year their marriage ended and Gillian moved back to Scotland with her share of the winnings, where she launched a property company.

She has since remarried and had her third child with her second husband, car salesman Alan Warnock.

Bayford remained in the Grade 2 listed property but after a series of relationships failed he put it up for sale and moved north to be closer to his children.

The lottery winner was forced to step up security at the empty property on the 148-acre country estate last year after squatters used his swimming pool.
