Five months after she finalized her quickie divorce from Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen has moved on with a new man – and it’s not her jiu jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, sources exclusively tell DailyMail.com.
The Brazilian model has been spending time with billionaire hotel magnate Jeffrey Soffer, a friend of ex-husband Tom Brady and the former husband of Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.
In the weeks after the power couple’s split, the rumor mill went into overdrive when the 42-year-old was spotted spending time in Costa Rica with Valente.
The pair were seen horse riding together as well as dining with Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10 – her two children with the retired NFL star, 45.

The two were spotted together again taking a stroll in Costa Rica this week, but with Valente’s brother along for the trip, it was no romantic getaway a deux.
In fact, sources have told DailyMail.com, the real man in Bündchen’s life is someone much closer to home – and closer to her ex.
‘Gisele has been spending time with Jeffrey Soffer,’ the well-placed inside source has revealed.
‘They’ve been seeing each other for several months now and meet secretly about once a week.’
Developer and hotelier Soffer, 55, owns a host of luxury properties including Miami’s iconic Fontainebleau Hotel and was married to supermodel and actress Elle Macpherson, 58, until their divorce in 2017.
The pair married in Fuji in 2013 and had five children between them – two from Macpherson’s previous marriage to French financier Arpad Busson, 60, and three from Jeffery’s prior relationship.
Today, worth an estimated $2.2billion with private jets, a superyacht and expansive properties at his disposal, Soffer is an even bigger baller than Brady, whose estimated net worth is $512million.

The friends were also pictured courtside together enjoying a WNBA game along with sports broadcaster, Jim Gray and Brady’s sister, Julie, in Las Vegas, Nevada, last May
And according to the source, the two men have been friends for years.
Brady and Soffer were spotted hanging out together as recently as January when the football star was photographed spending quality time with daughter Vivian.
They were seen later that day hanging out in Miami with mutual pal David Beckham and his children for a night of pizza making at Miami Slice.
In May last year the two friends were pictured courtside together enjoying an NBA game along with sports broadcaster, Jim Gray and Brady’s sister, Julie, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
And when Brady was looking for a plot of land on which to build his ‘forever home’ with Bündchen back in 2020, he plumped for a property right next door to friend, Soffer’s capacious Miami mansion.
Cementing their bond further, when Brady and Bündchen paid $17million for the lot at 26 Indian Creek Island Road – an enclave known as ‘Billionaire Bunker’ – records show that they did so via an LLC managed by executives at Soffer’s company, Fontainebleau Development.
Brady and Bündchen tore down the existing 5,772 square-foot-home on the site and set about building a state-of-the-art eco mansion in its place.

The plans encompass three buildings – a main house, security lodge and a gym – and include a pickleball court, yoga terrace, solar panels, cabana, outdoor kitchen and organic garden.
With development of the two-acre site far from complete Brady may not be troubling Soffer, for a cup of sugar – or whatever alternative his strict diet permits – any time soon, but work is continuing on the home which will now be his alone.
Meanwhile last October, Bündchen quietly paid $11.5million for a waterfront home on Biscaya Drive, Surfside – directly across the waterway from both her ex and the man who, sources claim, is her current squeeze.
Bündchen’s 6,600 square foot house, built in 1981, sits on 0.4acres and is most likely a teardown but boasts 92 feet of waterfront.
She also paid $1.3million for a small, non-waterfront property in February last year, several months before she and Brady announced their divorce.

Not too long after their quickie divorce, rumors began to swirl that Bündchen had moved on with Brazilian-born Joaquim Valente after she was spotted spending time with him and her two children in Costa Rica in December.
The two were seen out in Costa Rica again earlier this week on Monday going for a walktogether.
Sources close to the model have furiously denied that she is dating her jiu-jitsu instructor, insisting Valente is nothing more than a close family friend.
Bündchen seemed to allude to the rumors on Wednesday in a cryptic caption of a stunning selfie she posted on Instagram of herself in a grassy field.
‘Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth,’ she stated.
Brady and Bündchen finalized their divorce on October 28, last year, calling time on their marriage with a gracious public announcement shared on social media.

She worked the stripper pole in a new advertisement for the brand Arezzo, wearing a tiny black leotard that had a thong back which flashed her toned bottom.
She was also Vogue Italia’s March cover story, which the magazine debuted along with five breathtaking inside images captured by Brazilian photographer Rafael Pavarotti.
