HARVEY Weinstein has been convicted of two counts of sex crimes after scores of women came forward to accuse him of sexual misconduct and is expected to spend the next two decades in jail.
The women accused him of a range of unacceptable behaviours, from inappropriate sexual advances to criminal and forceful acts. Here's the full list.
Hayley Gripp
The newest Harvey Weinstein accuser claimed she stabbed his genitals with her broken nail while fighting him off.
The new accusation from Hayley Gripp reported on March 26, 2021 comes as the disgraced Hollywood mogul, 69, is serving a 23-year prison sentence for rape charges.
Court documents seen by The New York Post's Page Six – filed Friday in California Superior Court in Los Angeles – allege Gripp was told by a woman in the hotel to go to a hotel room to meet a "big producer" friend.
Gripp – then 19 years old – said she reluctantly accepted, and was given a glass of wine once she got in the room.
Although she told the woman she was not yet 21, the woman allegedly said "It's rude" not to accept the offer.
After drinking half a glass of wine, Gripp allegedly suffered "a brief blackout," court documents claim.
As she woke, the court documents claimed Weinstein's "fingers were inside her vagina."
The documents allege Weinstein "held Ms. Gripp down with one hand, took Ms. Gripp’s genital fluids, and rubbed it on his exposed genitalia, proceeding to masturbate with his other hand.
As Gripp tried to escape, she "began flailing her arms" and "broke acrylic nail against the coffee table," the documents state, according to Page Six.
“Ms. Gripp then stabbed Weinstein on the bottom part of his scrotum with her sharp broken nail," the court papers allege.
Weinstein allegedly then "let out a quiet scream" and "inadvertently" caused her nail to dig "deeper into his scrotum" as he grabbed Gripp's hand, documents claim.
Imran H. Ansari, the ex-producer's attorney, told The Post that Weinstein "categorically denies the allegations made against him in the complaint."
Mimi Haleyi
Weinstein was convicted of a criminal sexual act in the first-degree against Mimi Haleyi, a former production assistant also known as Miriam Haley.
He was convicted of forcefully performing oral sex on her and "yanking" out her tampon.
The Brit told how Weinstein had pushed her into a bedroom and held her down on a bed in 2006.
She said that the film producer left her feeling “numb”.
Jessica Mann
Weinstein was convicted of rape in the third-degree against Jessica Mann.
She says she was raped by the mogul in a New York hotel room in 2013.
Salma Hayek
Hollywood star Salma Hayek accused Weinstein of pestering her for sex and threatening to kill her when she said no.
Hayek regularly appeared in films released by Weinstein’s Miramax in the 1990s, and had credited the disgraced film mogul with helping her start her career.
She now accuses him of pestering her over the course of a decade, with Weinstein allegedly enraged by her repeated refusals of massages, showers and sex.
Hayek said how she agreed to nude lesbian sex in 2002 film Frida when he threatened to axe it otherwise.
She revealed that she “began to cry” and said she had a nervous breakdown when shooting the scenes.
Cara Delevingne
Cara Delevingne accused Weinstein of sexually harassing her and trying to force himself on her.
The model-turned-actress said that after meeting with him at a restaurant he invited her up to his hotel room where another woman was waiting – and he tried to get them to kiss.
Rose McGowan
Charmed star Rose McGowan, 44, was named in the initial story in The New York Times about Weinstein's allegations after a 1997 incident.
Later, in a series of tweets, on October 12, 2017, Ms McGowan said Weinstein raped her and Amazon Studios ignored her complaints.
Ashley Judd
Judd, 49, recalled an incident in which she expected to discuss business with Weinstein, 65, but instead was summoned to his hotel room.
She claimed that Weinstein — wearing a bathrobe — then asked her if he could give her a massage, or if she would be willing to watch him take a shower.
She is now suing him and says she wants the former movie mogul to be held accountable for "illegal conduct" that caused her to lose money, status, prestige and power.
Gwyneth Paltrow
Gwyneth claimed Weinstein summoned her to his Beverly Hills hotel suite as a 22-year-old, before placing his hands on her and suggesting they head to the bedroom for massages.
The “petrified” star refused and said the alleged incident shattered her “Uncle Harvey” image of the mogul.
Kate Beckinsdale
In a damning statement on Instagram, Underworld star Kate Beckinsale said Weinstein tried to lure her to his bedroom at the Savoy Hotel when she was just 17.
She said she was met by the producer in his bathrobe, who offered her alcohol. She left, telling him she had "school in the morning".
Lupita Nyong'o
Writing in The New York Times, the 34-year-old Brit actress accused the mogul of inviting her to his bedroom and asking to give her a massage before behaving inappropriately at a dinner.
Angelina Jolie
Angelina said she had a “bad experience” with the producer while at a junket for his film Playing By Heart in 1998.
He was said to have made an “unwanted advance” and Angelina never worked with him again.
