Kourtney Kardashian Told Hulu She Won't Be Part of Scott Disick Drama: "You Wouldn't Do This to Anyone Else"

Kourtney Kardashian opened up about not being here for her edit during season one of The Kardashians on Hulu, and apparently she told producers that she wants zero drama moving into Season 2.

Speaking on Dear Media’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kourtney said she didn’t “initially” have a problem with producers focusing so much on drama with Scott Disick, but eventually it started bothering her.

“I was upset that they chose to take my fairy tale and include that part of it,” she said. “And then, it just bothered me, like, these people at, you know, wherever are, like, making the choice of what my story is.”

Kourtney explained that she is an executive producer, but that her notes “weren’t addressed.”

“I didn’t initially have a problem with it when I first watched it, because I think we’re so used to the way that we’ve done things for so long, and it’s been, you know, that kind of stuff would have been included,” she said. “So, I think it just bothered me, because I felt like this is my fairy tale. And I was like, ‘Why can’t we show the happy ending? Why do we have to focus on this?’ And I get it’s TV, and blah, blah, blah, all the reasons, but to me, I was not having it. I was like, ‘You wouldn’t do this to anyone else.'”

Moving forward, Kourtney said she’s “definitely made it really clear that that’s not for me” and said “I’m not gonna be a part of this and then have commentary from anyone, really. I feel like I’m here living my life, and I’m not sitting here talking about anyone else. So I just demand the same respect.”

Fair enough!
