She first started off by sanding down the walls, to ensure it was as smooth as possible.

The DIY fan then followed it with painting with Dulux Easycare Egyptian Cotton paint, which usually cost £19.99 from hardware stores like Screwfix.

She then applied Quick Drying Polyfilla which costs £2.99 from B&M stores.

But ‘homewithnumber7’ replied: “You paint first to see the imperfections better.”

And despite a total transformation, she explained how it’s “still not done,” and that there was “so many little touches” she wanted to add.

Many rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts.

One suggested: “Get a radiator cover they make a difference.”

Another added: “I like this idea.”

Whilst someone else said: “A small change, but a big difference! Looking lovely.”

This isn’t the first time this DIY fan has updated followers on her council house renovation.

She previously revealed how she decided to redecorate her kitchen at 11pm using a bargain from B&M.
