My boyfriend is 5'5 and I love it, there's a massive perk to dating 'short king' | The Sun

A YOUNG woman has told how there is a massive perk to having a 5'5 boyfriend.

TikTok user @annaliviahynds posts content to her platform for over 40,000 followers.

She recently told how she's discovered a huge benefit to having a boyfriend who is roughly the same height as herself.

She said"Everyone talks about like having a really tall boyfriend or like they want a boy who's tall, dark, handsome, whatever, has to be 6ft and all – no.

"Well I am gonna tell you why you don't want that.

"I have a boyfriend who is 5'5."

She then went on to explain: "He's going through his cupboard here and he's like, 'oh I don't want these jeans', he's never wore them, there just ASOS jeans right.

"I'll show you this."

Annalivia then revealed a pair of light blue denim jeans that her boyfriend was planning to throw out as he never wears them.

She said: "So he had them in the bin and and I was like, let me try them on first, they might fit me."

Then trying on the jeans, she said: "Look at the fit of these, I'm telling you.

"You wouldn't even get girls jeans like this."

And modelling them in the mirror, she added: "But yeah, look how nice they are.

"I've literally just got myself a new pair of jeans for free and if you had a boyfriend who was 6ft, you wouldn't be in this situation.

"So girls, we stand for our short kings."

SHORT TEMPER

Meanwhile, nosy fans were asking a lot of questions about one model's relationship, and she's been more than willing to answer them.

But some of her online commenters don't know when to stop and have even critiqued how the happy couple appears on-camera.

On her TikTok, Liz Seibert (@lizseibert) posts about living the high life – that is, life as a working model who stands at six feet tall.

She doesn't shy away from heels, either, towering a full six inches than her actual height in some shoes.

Her boyfriend, James Neese (@jamesneese2), doesn't mind a bit, even though at five-feet-five, he's a lot shorter than his girlfriend.

In a video, Seibert addressed a prying question from confused viewers desperate to know how their relationship "works."

The pair stood side-by-side as the question appeared in a caption.

"How do you take photos together with your height difference?" it read.

Slowly, Seibert bent her knees. At first, it was barely perceptible, but she continued down, tilting her hips and shoulders to offset the change in angle.

Like magic, she was suddenly head-to-head with Neese, their faces perfectly aligned.

She leaned in one more time, to kiss him on the cheek.

In the video description, Seibert said they'd had plenty of practice with the pose. "Every time," she wrote.
