Inside Prince Harry’s wellness team who are keeping him healthy in California

Living in the health-conscious California, it's no wonder that Prince Harry has a specially curated team of wellness experts helping him feel his best self.

His wife Meghan Markle could have had something to do with introducing Harry to the world of wellness, who is known to love alternative health remedies and has been spotted sporting calming patches.

Harry is so thankful for his wellness team that he even included them in the acknowledgements section of his memoir, Spare.

He wrote: "Thank you to all the professionals, medical experts, and coaches for keeping me physically and mentally strong over the years."

Adding: "Special thanks to my U.K. therapist for helping unravel years of unresolved trauma."

But who are his team of wellness experts? Here's everything we know…

Mental health: Dr Lesley Parkinson

The first health professional on Harry's list is Dr Lesley Parkinson, a London-based clinical psychologist who specialises in neuro-psychophysiology.

At her clinic, Dr Parkinson offers neurofeedback brain training, a process that can teach people how to understand brain stressors and reduce anxiety responses including panic attacks.

She also offers cranial electrotherapy stimulation, which treats insomnia, depression and anxiety.

Back pain: Dr Ben Carraway

Helping clients with posture-related pain, Dr Ben Carraway is one of London's top non-surgical back pain specialists.

The Duke of Sussex hasn't openly spoken about any struggles with back pain but having suffered several polo injuries over the years, Dr Carraway could have been helping him with this as he was based at Harry's London KX Gym.

Physiotherapist: Kevin Lidlow

Physiotherapist Kevin Lidlow who works with professional sports people, is likely to have helped Harry with any aches and pains he's sustained from his time playing rugby.

Acupuncturist: Ross Barr

Ross Barr the acupuncturist, specialises in women’s health and fertility but also offers clients stress management and grief support.

Meghan Markle has previously praised the work of Ross having used his acupuncture method as a treatment for migraines, something Harry has suffered from.

Talking about the method Meghan said: "I have been a longtime believer in acupuncture. I used to have debilitating migraines (hospitalised for them), and acupuncture and Eastern medicine absolutely changed my life."

So it is likely Harry has also turned to acupuncture for the very same reason.

Pilates: Jessie Blum

This form of exercise has certainly become hugely popular with Meghan thought to have introduced her husband to Jessie Blum's fitness studio Heartcore.

Talking about the class during an interview with Vogue Meghan said it's something that "puts its energy towards internal beauty, celebrating the power of breathing and meditation, and [includes] a favourite workout that urges you to use your heart as much as your core."

With a studio in Kensington, Harry is thought to have been a regular visitor when in lived in London.

Chiropractor: Dr Kevin English

Kevin English owns English Chiropractic, which specialises in the treatment of athletic injuries, rehabilitative exercise, nutrition and radiology.

Based in Santa Barbara, Dr English could be another expert helping Harry with his physical health.

Personal trainer: Winston Squire

It's no surprise that Harry might have his own personal trainer to put him through his paces.

Winston Squire has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years with private clients, specialising in strength conditioning and boxing which Harry is known to be a fan of.

In the past, the personal trainer has also worked with polo teams which could be an extra benefit for Harry as he continues to play the sport in the states.

Physical therapist: Esther Lee

Physical therapist, Esther Lee is A-list-approved having worked with the likes of US tennis legend Serena Williams, who is also close pals with Meghan.

It is likely that Serena introduced Harry to the physical therapist to help

Energy healer: John Amaral

Another name on Harry's wellness list is energy healer John Amaral who has been approved by actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

John originally trained as a chiropractor, before pursuing a career in energy healing which sees him heal physical injuries, and reduce stress, anxiety and depression for his clients.

According to his website, he can also help clients reach and sustain new levels of energy, clarity, and fulfilment.

Pain healer: Eric Goodman

Another one of Harry's chiropractors is Eric Goodman who specialises in exercise designed to deal with chronic back pain, another indicator of the prince's possible back pain.
