Konefal was up against General Hospital stars Katelyn MacMullen, Sydney Mikayla, and Tahj Bellow. She was also up against The Young and the Restless star Alyvia Alyn Lind.

In addition, Cady McClain took home a Daytime Emmy for “Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series.” McClain took home the Emmy for her depiction of Jennifer Horton-Devereaux. She beat out her Days of Our Lives castmates Victoria Platt (who played Dr. Amanda Raynor) and George DelHoyo (who played Orpheus). McClain also beat out General Hospital star Kim Delaney (who played Jackie Templeton).
