KATIE Price has been urged to come home to her kids by concerned fans – after flying to Las Vegas for a fake wedding.
The 43-year-old has spent the last few days dropping hints that she was set to marry fiancé Carl Woods in Sin City – but revealed last night that it was all part of an elaborate prank.
Her antics, which come just weeks after she left The Priory, have baffled her followers and led to cruel trolls slamming her in a series of nasty comments.
The mum-of-five sparked a frenzy of remarks after sharing a picture of Carl and gushing: “I have to say @carljwoods you just give me butterflies you’re so hot so good to be understand me I just love you so much ❤(sic).”
One nasty follower wrote: “I think your a disgrace and you have no shame. Your a old girl now don't you think you should fix ya self up have some self respect. Shameful mum.”
Another person remarked: “5 minutes with Harvey now off swanning around Vegas Harvey who !!!!!!!!.”
A concerned fan begged: “Katie, i love you but you have to stop this,” as another pleaded: “The joke is over. Come home. X”
Someone else wrote: “Poor Harvey ? picking men over him again, should be ashamed of yourself.”
A further concerned person added: "Out of rehab ? Would you not not rather be with your family? Oh katie think man, your family need you stop pleading for attention."
Wedding prank
Fans expected Carl and Katie to get married this weekend after they were been pictured in a bridal shop and even visited Caesars Palace's Romano chapel after picking up their wedding license.
Filming inside the intimate marriage suite, Katie teased that they'd already wed on Instagram, writing "done and dusted".
But last night, Carl set the record straight, claiming it was all a joke.
He posted: "I can confirm Katie Price and I are not getting married in Vegas and never was. However a $102 marriage licence caused pure carnage and got the media all excited and s**t."
Unhappy dads
The prospect of a wedding didn't go down well with Katie's exes back in the UK.
Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler were said to be furious that any potential ceremony had not taken their kids' feelings into consideration.
A source said last week: "Pete has already sent legal letters. Kieran feels she is putting Carl first and is a very selfish mother and has done this because all she cares about is her relationship with him."
Pete shared kids Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with Katie, while she has Bunny, 7, and Jett, 8, with Kieran Hayler.
She is also mum to Harvey, 19, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke.
