KATIE Price's ex Kieran Hayler has broken his silence on her recent round of cosmetic surgery — claiming it's "scary" for their kids to see her bloodied face.
Kieran — who finally divorced Katie last week three years after they split — blasted the star saying her obsession with her looks has caused their kids Jett, 7, and Bunny, 6, to worry about their mum.
In a scathing interview, the personal trainer and former stripper said: "The hardest thing is Jett and Bunny, and obviously Princess and Junior have to see her after the surgery, which isn't the nicest process.
"It's scary because when you put your body under that much strain, you're going under anaesthetic, things go wrong and you must think of your kids sometimes."
In her recent round of operations, Katie endured five cosmetic procedures including a lip lift, liposuction, and Brazilian bum lift.
She said they left her in "horrendous pain" and looking like "a monster".
Kieran admitted he doesn't judge his ex for having surgery but he questions if she has gone "too far".
He added to MailOnline: "In this day and age I don't know what is too far anymore.
"Is there a too far because surgery has become such a common thing for young women and men? I know men that regularly get Botox, but I don't.
"Maybe in the future when I'm starting to get a few more lines I'll think about it."
Katie had the op four weeks ago and had been recovering in Turkey before facing a UK quarantine.

Speaking about fearing she looked like a monster, she told The Sun: "Honestly, I’ve gone to hell and back, it was horrific — ‘Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie’.
“I just thought, ‘This is it, I’m going to die. I was terrified of looking like a freak, like that Bride of Wildenstein or a fake doll.
“I’ve woken up with holes and stitches all over my body.
"I look like I’ve got cat’s whiskers coming out of my nose and eyes. But I just want the old Katie back!"
