Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Potomac has not begun airing yet but Gizelle Bryant is spilling a little tea on her storyline. Gizelle recently confirmed that she and Jamal Bryant are no longer together. The breakup comes amid rumors of Jamal cheating, as well as a lack of support from Gizelle’s family for their rekindled romance. The former couple are also accused of faking things for the cameras.
Gizelle’s co-stars and family weren’t supportive of her reconciliation with Jamal
Gizelle and Jamal divorced due to his infidelity and having children outside of their marriage. Their children were toddlers when they split.
When they reconciled after over a decade of being divorced, their daughters were not happy about it. During season 5 of the show, Gizelle struggled to get her teenage daughters to accept their relationship.

“When we are all together, it’s just you two and us three, it’s not a full family,” Gizelle’s eldest daughter Grace told her in one episode. “We’re not saying we don’t trust you, we just want the best for you because we know what he’s done in the past.”
Her father was also not on board, noting Jamal’s “six or seven baby mamas” as the reason. But Gizelle’s co-stars had more to say.
Karen Huger and Robyn Dixon felt that Jamal did not put forth enough effort. Jamal was noticeably absent from events the other couples attended. He even missed a holiday family photoshoot in one episode.

Jamal took to Facebook Live to deny such, and claimed the woman was a former associate of his who was bitter over not being hired for a job she applied for to work alongside Jamal. The famous pastor also vowed to never appear on the show again, citing his disdain for reality television.
