Sister Wives' Meri Brown posts cryptic quote about being 'thankful for what you have' after Christine & Kody's split

MERI Brown shared a mysterious quote about being "thankful" for what she has after Christine and Kody announced their shocking split.

Fans have gushed over the Sister Wives star after the dramatic news that the family would be splitting and Christine would be moving back to Utah.

Meri, 50, took to her Instagram stories on Thursday to share a cryptic message about "happiness."

The quote read: "Remember, being happy doesn't mean you have it all. It simply means you're thankful for all you have."

The reality star's note followed the shocking news that Christine, 49, decided to leave Kody and her polygamist family behind and return to her native state of Utah.

Despite the drama surrounding the Brown family, fans have continued to compliment Meri on her positivity.

'AMAZING' MERI

Last week, her followers claimed she looked "amazing" and "happy" after her sister wife's departure.

The TV personality shared an Instagram Live video from a night out and fans couldn't help but fawn over her new look.

She was joined by a friend in the video, showing off their matching to-go cups.

She assured fans: "If you're here for something of substance, or something of a particular TV show — like a tell-all type thing — you're not gonna find it."

Fans didn't seem to mind, instead focusing on her glammed-up look.

One commenter wrote: "You look beautiful and that smile suits you well," while another penned: "Beautiful."

A third praised, "I love the new you!" while someone else added: "Merry Christmas. Look amazing."

BIG NEWS

Meri and her family have gone through many changes over the past year, and in addition to Christine's split from Kody, her daughter Mariah's partner just came out as transgender.

Audrey Kriss, who got engaged to Mariah in 2019 after two years of dating, came out in a vulnerable Instagram post to fans.

"Hello friends! I just wanted to let you know that I am transgender and my pronouns are they/them. I'm still going by Audrey," they wrote.

The TLC star explained that they are "SO happy being me! Being fully myself lately has brought me so much joy! For the first time, I look at my body and I feel free."

Audrey also thanked "the supportive people in my life enough for helping and encouraging me to foster this growth and discovery. I am so fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible amount of love and support. Thank you!"

Meri included a supportive note for Audrey, her future in-law, writing: "I freaking love you @audreykriss."

SHOCKING SPLIT

Just weeks prior to Audrey's announcement, Christine revealed that she was leaving Kody following several tense months and much speculation.

She has been open with fans following the split, admitting she has "good and bad" days.

She noted, however, that she feels "like a much better person" after calling it quits.

Christine sold her home in Arizona, moving into a $1.1M Utah duplex near her daughter.

ROCKY RELATIONSHIP

Meri has also experienced tension with Kody over the past several years but has decided to remain a part of the family.

In 2014, Kody announced he would be divorcing his first wife in order to legally marry Robyn, his fourth.

Meri has had a rocky relationship with her husband since the legal split, although they've remained in a "spiritual marriage" ever since.
