Bobby Brazier discusses his ‘relationship with God’

Bobby Brazier has detailed the proudest moment of his TV career as he celebrated his one year anniversary of being on EastEnders as Freddie Slater.

Taking to his Instagram story, he told his viewers: “After just over a year of working on TV, I think I’ve found my proudest moment.” (sic)

The next slide saw a clip of Bobby playing Freddie in the Queen Vic, throwing out some dance moves with his colleagues in the background of the scene.

Bobby has had an extraordinary career so far for a 20-year-old man, with his modelling career being the height of his success.

He previously showcased his dancing skills on his Instagram when posting a video of himself on a night out in a club.

The actor can be seen losing himself to the music in the video, which was captioned: “I am a simple man. I want to sweat until my clothes come off. Pure joy in the last video”. (sic)

Alongside modelling and his acting career, Bobby is set to add dancer to his resume as he joins the 2023 cast of Strictly Come Dancing.

When first announced to appear on the show, Bobby told the BBC: “I’m so excited to be part of the Strictly lineup, I can’t wait to start training like a professional dancer and adding a few moves to my locker.

“I’m looking forward to performing in front of everyone, it’s going to be so much fun!”

Bobby’s grandmother Jackiey Budden shared her pride ahead of his Strictly Come Dancing debut and compared him to his mother Jade Goody.

“I’m over the moon and he’s just stepped in his mum’s shoes — he’s in Jade’s trotters. He’s been born to bring Jade back as himself.

“He’s the spit of Jade — he’s got his daddy’s head. It will be like watching her on telly.”

The celebrities taking part in this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing are, Angela Rippon, Amanda Abbington, Layton Williams, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Eddie Kadi, Angela Scanlon, Zara McDermott, Adam Thomas, Nikita Kanda, Ellie Leach, Jody Cundy, Bobby Brazier, Nigel Harman, Annabel Croft and Les Dennis.

Strictly Come Dancing returns this September on BBC One.
